Before us is a modern house with minimalist architecture, demonstrating an interesting reinterpretation of traditional form. The façade is made of textured concrete panels in a light gray color, giving the building a monolithic, sculptural character. The roof geometry is notable — a gabled form with asymmetrical arrangement of slopes creates a dynamic silhouette.
The window openings are organized with a clear rhythm, featuring minimalist dark wood framing that creates an expressive contrast with the concrete façade. The ground floor is distinguished by a large area of glazing, providing a visual connection between the interior space and the surrounding territory. Through the transparent façade of the first level, one can see a bright interior with a staircase — a technique that emphasizes the transparency and lightness of the lower part of the building in contrast to the massive upper volume.
On the second level, there is a small balcony with vertical metal railings, which serves as an intermediate space between interior and exterior. Similar fencing is used around the property, creating a visual unity of elements.
This project demonstrates effective techniques for contemporary façade design: the use of contrasting materials (concrete and glass), working with a form inspired by traditional architecture but reinterpreted in a modern way, as well as a well-thought-out ratio of solid surfaces to glazing. For private construction, the technique of contrasting window framing and creating expressive roof geometry as the dominant element of the façade solution is particularly interesting.
