Before us stands a striking example of modernist architecture with a characteristic contrasting facade solution. The building demonstrates a clear geometric composition dominated by the interplay between white and dark blue (almost black) surfaces. The facade is organized according to the principle of color blocks: the central dark element visually divides the structure, creating dynamic asymmetry.
Particularly noteworthy are the horizontal strips of the window opening on the second floor of the left section, which add lightness and rhythm to the entire composition. Large panoramic windows in the right part of the building maximize light penetration and create a visual connection with the surrounding landscape. An interesting solution is presented by the white diagonal braces in the lower part of the facade — they are not only functional but also add a constructive accent to the entire composition. The spiral staircase visible on the left side of the building is another element enriching the exterior with an additional sculptural motif.
