Before us is an extraordinary example of organic architecture — a complex reminiscent of the works by Austrian artist and architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser. The building impresses with its unconventional aesthetics featuring characteristic wavy lines and a rejection of straight angles. The main facade is painted in bright yellow with contrasting red borders around windows and along the lines of architectural elements.
The architectural composition includes several key elements: a central tower with a golden onion dome reminiscent of Orthodox churches but interpreted in a contemporary manner; a side pavilion with a white-silvery dome; and the main building volume with irregular, "flowing" lines. Windows of various shapes and sizes — round, arched, rectangular — are chaotically placed across the facade, creating a sense of spontaneity and playfulness.
Particularly noteworthy is the integration of architecture with the surrounding landscape — the building is literally embedded into a green hill, surrounded by trees and shrubs, which aligns with principles of ecological architecture. External staircases and terraces create an additional dimension, allowing interaction with nature.
This approach to facade design demonstrates how color can be used to highlight architectural elements, how monotony can be avoided through a variety of window forms, and the importance of harmonious coexistence between building and natural environment. Even in a small private home, some of these techniques can be applied: non-standard window shapes, bright color accents, and creating smooth transitions between house and garden.
