Elegant Art Deco House Facade with Characteristic Curved Lines and Corner Windows

#1084. Elegant Art Deco House Facade with Characteristic Curved Lines and Corner Windows

The image showcases an elegant two-story house in Art Deco style with pronounced modernist features. The building is distinguished by characteristic smooth curves and rounded corners of the facade, giving the structure a streamlined appearance—one of the key hallmarks of 1930s architecture.

The facade is painted in a light shade, enhancing the impression of cleanliness and airiness of the space. The foundation of the house is built with dark red brickwork, creating a contrasting accent and visually strengthening the composition. The roof is covered with terracotta tiles, adding a traditional element to the overall modernist appearance.

Window openings are organized in horizontal bands with wooden blinds in a brown shade, which harmoniously relate to the brick foundation. Particularly expressive are the corner windows with a smooth transition, emphasizing the curved lines characteristic of Art Deco style. On the second floor, there is a small balcony with metal railings.

The entrance area is designed minimalistically, with a small canopy. In front of the house, there is a well-maintained garden with dominant yellow shrubs that effectively contrast with the whiteness of the walls. The building represents an excellent example of residential modernist architecture from the interwar period, preserving authentic facade details and proportions.
