The facade is divided into several discrete volumes, each with its own character. The lower part of the complex uses contrasting materials: light blue textured tiles on the left smoothly transition into golden-brown on the right, creating an interesting gradient effect. The textured surface of these panels creates a play of light and shadow, giving the facade a tactile quality even when visually perceived.
The upper floors demonstrate a more restrained palette using concrete, vertical wooden lamellae, and dark blue panels.
