Modular contrasting facade with protruding volumetric elements

#10233. Modular contrasting facade with protruding volumetric elements

Before us is a striking example of modern modular architecture, where the facade becomes the main expressive element of the building. The structure represents a composition of clearly defined volumetric blocks creating a dynamic rhythm on the facade. The contrasting combination of white protruding frames and dark gray/blue inserts with large windows creates the effect of a three-dimensional grid or matrix.

Special attention should be paid to the geometry - rectangular modules are slightly offset relative to each other, giving the composition asymmetry and visual lightness despite the monolithic construction. The ground floor is designed as an open space on supports, creating the effect of a "floating" building and is functionally used as a parking area.

The facade solutions are complemented by elements of external infrastructure - metal staircases and balconies on the side of the building add an industrial character and emphasize the modern approach to space organization. Large panoramic windows provide maximum natural lighting to the interior spaces.

In private home construction, one can apply some principles of this facade: playing with volumes and protruding elements, contrasting color solutions between frames and infills, using large glazed surfaces to improve lighting. Even in low-rise construction, the effect of modularity can create a modern and dynamic image of the building.
