Multi-apartment building with mint-green facade and volumetric architectural elements

#10232. Multi-apartment building with mint-green facade and volumetric architectural elements

Before us is a modern multi-apartment residential complex with an expressive mint-green facade. The building is a five-story structure with laconic geometry and clean lines. The facade is clad with horizontal light green panels, creating a visual rhythm and emphasizing the structure of the building.

The architectural solution includes interesting projecting elements on the facade that form a volumetric texture and play of light and shadow. Particular attention is drawn to the upper part of the building, where decorative panels with a mountain landscape are placed – this technique adds individuality and connects the architecture with the natural context.

The central part of the facade is accentuated by dark vertical glazing of the stairwell, creating contrast with the main color and visually dividing the building into symmetrical parts. The window openings have a regular rhythm, emphasizing the ordered structure of the building.

To the right, a building with yellow cladding is visible, indicating a well-thought-out color scheme for the entire complex. The landscaped space in front of the entrance, including paving and greenery, organically integrates the building into the surrounding environment.

For private housing construction, several techniques can be borrowed from this project: using colored panels to create an expressive facade, playing with projecting elements to form an interesting texture, introducing contrasting materials to accentuate the entrance group, and compositional combination of horizontal lines for visual expansion of the facade.
