#1021. Art Nouveau Façade with Floral Mosaic and Stucco Decoration

The image shows a magnificent fragment of a decorative façade executed in the Art Nouveau style with elements characteristic of Catalan Modernism. The central focus is an exquisite mosaic composition that demonstrates masterful execution and a rich color palette.

The upper and lower parts are framed by elegant stucco work with undulating plant motifs, creating a rhythmic contrast with the geometric structure of the mosaic. The central mosaic panel presents a complex floral pattern with bright blue flowers in the lower row and pink-red ones in the upper row. Yellow and orange elements create smooth transitions and unify the composition, giving it warmth and harmony.

The lower part of the façade is adorned with three decorative hemispherical elements, also executed in mosaic technique. These dome-like details are framed by stylized arched forms made of orange tiles, creating rhythmic division and adding spatial depth to the architectural solution.

Particularly noteworthy is the masterful use of contrast between the relief stucco work and the flat mosaic surface, which is characteristic of early 20th century architecture when traditional craft techniques were given new life within the Art Nouveau style.
