The presented building is an excellent example of modern minimalist architecture with a pronounced geometric character. The white facade with clean lines and contrasting black window frames creates a strong visual impression on the corner of an urban street. Particularly notable is the triangular shape of the upper part of the building, which gives it a unique identity and recognizable silhouette.
The architectural composition of the facade is built on an asymmetrical arrangement of window openings of various sizes, which adds dynamics and visual interest. The black window frames effectively contrast with the white walls, emphasizing the geometric purity of the building. The top floor is crowned with a panoramic window in the pitched roof, which not only provides abundant natural lighting but also creates a visual dominant.
The ground floor is designed with glass storefronts, creating a sense of lightness and openness at street level, while visually separating the residential area from the public space. The dark cladding on the lower part of the facade provides a structural foundation for the white volume of the building.
Such an approach to facade design can be adapted for a private home: contrasting combination of white walls with dark window frames, asymmetrical placement of window openings of different sizes, use of geometrically pure forms, and a minimalist approach to decorative elements. A particularly interesting technique is creating an accent element in the upper part of the building, such as a gable with panoramic glazing, which will give individuality and modern character even to a small private house.
