The presented modern residential building demonstrates an expressive dualistic approach to architectural composition. The facade consists of two contrasting volumes: a white minimalist block with a characteristic triangular roof shape and a dark brick volume on the right. This interplay of materials and colors creates a dynamic visual dialogue between different parts of the structure.
The main white volume features clean geometric lines and a large protruding element on the second floor, which forms a sheltered terrace space beneath it. The facade is punctuated by large panoramic windows, providing abundant natural lighting to interior spaces and establishing a visual connection with the surrounding landscape.
The dark brick volume on the right with its triangular termination becomes a perfect counterpoint to the white portion of the building. Black-framed windows stand out dramatically on both facades, giving rhythm and coherence to the composition. Warm interior lighting shining through the large windows adds coziness to the strict geometry of the exterior.
Special attention is paid to the organization of the adjacent space with a concrete terrace and water element, which extend the living space beyond the house, creating a smooth transition between architecture and natural surroundings.
When designing your own facade, several techniques from this project can be adopted: contrasting combination of materials and colors to create visual interest; use of protruding volumes to form sheltered outdoor spaces; large glazing to maximize natural light; clean geometric shapes and lines to create a contemporary look; integration of open terraces and water elements to enrich the architectural composition.
