#10078. Elegant White Facade with Contrasting Dark Windows: Modern Classic with French Charm

The presented building demonstrates a modern interpretation of classical architecture with elements of French charm. The facade, executed in white, creates a sense of elegance and clean lines. The two-story structure with a symmetrical composition is distinguished by a harmonious combination of austerity and refined details.

Particularly noteworthy is the contrasting design of windows with dark frames against a white background, which gives the facade graphic quality and expressiveness. The upper windows with arched tops and decorative balcony railings create a rhythmic pattern on the facade. The lower floor is adorned with large rectangular windows and glass doors framed in dark profiles, providing excellent natural lighting to the interior spaces.

An interesting architectural solution is the arched opening on the left, which adds dynamism and breaks the monotony of the plane. The roof made of natural tiles in warm brown tones effectively contrasts with the white walls and emphasizes the vertical accents of the chimneys.

The laconic landscape design with minimalist greenery and a gravel pathway complements the architectural concept without overwhelming the space. The low concrete stele with the house number (3521) serves as a functional and stylistic addition to the overall composition.

When designing your own home facade, it's worth noting the technique of contrasting white walls with dark window frames, using symmetry to create a balanced composition, and including architectural details such as balcony railings and arched elements to add individuality. It's also important to harmoniously combine roof and wall materials, as demonstrated in this project.
