ARCH Moscow dates postponed again

ARCH Moscow will celebrate its 25th anniversary at the Gostiny Dvor complex from October 08 to 11, 2020.

The theme of the exhibition is "Architecture as Art".

The exhibition program is extensive, featuring a business forum, an educational section, and author talks.

A new format has been announced — free consultations with architects and designers on home building and furnishing.

An important special project of the exhibition — «City for Children» — is devoted to creating and adapting spaces to the abilities and interests of children. The project features concrete examples of the best children's spaces in Russia and abroad.

Another special project is «Architectural Avant-Garde 1920-2020». The jury will select three projects by young firms that most convincingly reflect the influence of the avant-garde on 20th-century architecture, and these will be built during the exhibition.

Among the guest speakers will be Totan Kuzembaev, Ruben Arakelyan, Nikolai Lyzlov, and others.

Although the exhibition is large in scale and more focused on the urban environment and major developers, we think there will be plenty for private homeowners to see. Among the booths of building and finishing material producers, you can find new products for facade finishing. The Lighting, Light, and «Details» sections will be useful to anyone immersed in interior solutions. The «Design Bureau» area, where you can ask questions and attend workshops, is also more focused on individual projects.

The annual ARCH Moscow architecture exhibition has been held since 1995. One of its main goals is to promote modern solutions in architecture and to establish a dialogue between government, developers, and citizens. In 2019 the exhibition was attended by more than 250 companies from 19 countries. Total attendance last year exceeded 27 thousand people.
