Modern Attic Living Room: Minimalism Under a Sloped Roof

#2995. Modern Attic Living Room: Minimalism Under a Sloped Roof

What we see is an excellent example of modern minimalist interior design situated under a sloped roof. The designers have masterfully utilized the potential of the attic space, transforming it into a bright, airy living room. White walls and ceiling create a sense of spaciousness, while the warm herringbone parquet flooring adds elegance and comfort.

The central area is organized around a white sofa with decorative pillows and a massive white ottoman on a gray carpet. Two floor lamps with adjustable shades provide directed lighting for reading or creating an intimate atmosphere. A bright accent - an abstract painting with blue-green motifs - enlivens the neutral palette of the interior.

On the left, there is a fireplace with modern, laconic cladding, which becomes not only a source of heat but also a visual anchor for the space. Particularly noteworthy is the white staircase leading to the mezzanine level - its geometric purity echoes the overall concept of the interior. On the upper level, a decorative sculpture is visible, emphasizing the artistic taste of the owners.

The white console on the right, under the television panel, continues the theme of laconicism. Such country house facade design and its interior spaces demonstrate Scandinavian influence combined with contemporary minimalism - an approach that can be applied when decorating your own home, especially if you want to visually expand the space and create a sense of lightness.
