#1441. Elegant Two-Level Interior with Stone Fireplace: Tradition and Comfort in Contemporary Interpretation

The presented interior harmoniously combines elements of traditional and contemporary design, creating a luxurious yet cozy living space. The central element of the living room is a stone fireplace with a wooden mantel, crafted from natural stone using dry masonry technique. This architectural accent not only creates a visual focus in the room but also gives the entire space an atmosphere of warmth and homely comfort.

The two-level layout with an open staircase and second-floor balcony significantly increases the visual volume of the space. The wrought iron elements of the stair and balcony railings demonstrate a high level of craftsmanship and bring an elegant decorative element to the interior. Such country house facade and interior design solution creates a sense of spaciousness even in a limited area.

The color palette of the interior is built on soft, warm tones: cream walls, dark wood for the staircase and furniture, and natural stone tones in the fireplace finish. Special attention should be paid to the thoughtful zoning of the space: a relaxation area by the fireplace with a striped armchair, a partially visible dining area, smoothly transitioning into a hall with a staircase. Indoor plants add life and freshness to the interior, softening the strictness of architectural forms.

For decoration, elements of art are used – abstract painting above the fireplace creating a color accent, as well as items emphasizing the individuality of the owners – family photographs, a decorative burgundy vase. The lighting is represented by a combination of natural light from windows and a multi-level artificial lighting system, including wall sconces and table lamps.
