#9491. Modern facade with combined cladding and cantilevered projection

This building represents a modern residential house with an expressive facade that combines several architectural techniques and materials. The main structure is clad with horizontal wooden planks in a light gray shade, creating a rhythmic pattern around the entire perimeter of the building. The upper floor is partially finished with darker metal panels, which creates an interesting contrast and visually lightens the upper part of the building.

Particularly notable is the protruding volume of the second floor with a balcony protected by minimalist metal railings. This cantilever not only adds dynamics to the entire composition but also creates a functional outdoor space. The vertical elements on the roof serve both as decorative accents and functional components, possibly concealing engineering communications.

The facade demonstrates a modern approach to working with textures — the combination of smooth metal surfaces and textured wooden cladding creates an interplay of light and shadow. Large window openings provide good natural lighting for the interior. The landscape design with coniferous plants and small shrubs complements the architectural solution, softening the geometry of the structure.

For designing your own facade, you can note the following techniques: combining different finishing materials to create visual interest; using horizontal cladding to visually expand the building; creating protruding elements to add dynamics; contrasting design of various functional zones of the facade; integration of open spaces (balconies, terraces) into the overall composition.
