This architectural object represents a modern private house with an expressive contrasting facade. The project is characterized by a clear division into two parts: a white volume of the second floor with a geometrically correct shape and a brick base with perforated masonry. This compositional solution creates an interesting effect of the upper floor "floating" above the perforated foundation.
The white part of the facade features large windows with black frames, creating a strict rhythm and providing good natural lighting. The contrast between dark window frames and white plaster gives the building a graphic quality and contemporary appearance. The brick section has an interesting solution with perforated masonry on the ground floor, which simultaneously serves as a decorative element and provides partial privacy.
Special attention should be paid to the play with lighting: internal light passing through the perforation and window openings creates a warm glow in the evening, transforming the architectural composition into a light object. Next to the main building, there is a small window-showcase integrated into the landscape solution of the plot.
The techniques used in this project can be adapted for private construction: contrasting combination of materials (brick and plaster), use of perforated masonry to create a play of light and shadow, clear geometry of the facade, and large windows in dark frames. Such solutions help create a modern building appearance with individual character.
