The presented building demonstrates a contemporary approach to residential architecture with a pronounced combination of materials and geometric forms. The facade is designed in a minimalist style with an interesting combination of white plastered surfaces and natural wood inserts, which give the building warmth and a connection to the natural surroundings.
Compositionally, the facade is divided into several volumes of different heights with flat roofs, creating a dynamic silhouette. Particularly noteworthy are two projecting wooden boxes on the second floor, resembling floating cubic volumes. These elements are not only an architectural feature but likely frame significant interior spaces such as bedrooms or offices.
The left part of the facade features narrow horizontal windows that contrast with the large glass surfaces on the ground floor and in the wooden volumes. This solution provides a balance between privacy and openness, and creates an interesting play of light inside the premises.
In front of the house, there is an open terrace with wooden furniture and an umbrella, which becomes a transitional zone between interior and exterior. The stone paving around the building emphasizes the structural composition and creates a clear boundary between the house and the surrounding area, which, judging by the image, is in the process of landscaping.
Among the techniques that can be used in designing your own facade, it's worth noting: the contrasting combination of materials (wood and plaster), playing with the geometry of volumes, using large windows for maximum natural lighting, and integrating terrace spaces as an extension of the living area.
