#9097. Two-faced façade: contrasting geometry with textured brickwork

Here we see a striking example of contemporary residential architecture with an expressive façade solution. The building features an unconventional roof geometry with sharp slopes and a dynamic silhouette. The façade is divided into two contrasting zones: the main part is made of dark gray brick with a distinctive laying pattern that creates a textured design through protruding elements, while the right section is clad in a lighter stone material with a larger texture.

The windows are arranged asymmetrically, emphasizing the modern character of the structure. The lower level features large panoramic windows providing excellent natural lighting to the interior spaces, while the upper floor has smaller square-shaped windows. Of particular interest are the small decorative perforations in the brickwork, creating a play of light and shadow, especially noticeable in the evening when interior lighting is on.

The paving in front of the house is made of cobblestone, which harmoniously complements the architectural solution of the building and creates a cozy space. Such techniques as contrasting combination of materials, play with textures, façade perforation, and asymmetrical rhythm of window openings can be successfully applied in private housing construction to create a modern and individual building appearance.
