The architectural composition of the facade is clearly divided into functional blocks. The right part is clad with dark gray panels, creating a monolithic, almost monochromatic volume. The left side is more dynamic thanks to horizontal dark brown wooden inserts that break up the geometric severity and add natural warmth to the overall composition. Large windows on the second floor provide a panoramic view and maximum penetration of natural light into the interior spaces.
The entrance area is accentuated by a bright red door — a bold color accent that immediately attracts attention and contrasts with the neutral palette of the rest of the facade. A small canopy over the entrance creates a protected space and emphasizes the entrance to the house.
The landscaping solution is minimalist — concrete pathways and small plantings around the perimeter don't overload the attention, allowing the architecture of the house to come to the foreground. The house is organically integrated into the terrain, which is evident from the multi-level elements of the facade.
This approach to facade design can be noted when creating a modern private house: the use of contrasting materials (wood, metal, concrete), large glazed surfaces, creation of color accents on the entrance group, and the conciseness of the general solution with the highlighting of functional zones through different materials.
