This architectural object is a modern residential house with an expressive contrasting facade that combines several materials and volumes. The composition is built on the interplay of geometric shapes, where each volume has its own finish: light stone panels, horizontal metal siding, and dark vertical panels.

Particularly noteworthy is the entrance area with semi-circular greenish glazing, which creates a dynamic accent among the rectilinear forms of the main volume.
