Modern Asymmetrical Facade with Dynamic Roof Geometry

#8762. Modern Asymmetrical Facade with Dynamic Roof Geometry

Before us is an example of a modernist residential house with an asymmetrical facade and interesting architectural solutions. The light gray monolithic exterior creates a minimalist yet expressive appearance. The main feature of the facade is its dynamic geometry – a single-slope roof with varying inclinations across different sections and a characteristic triangular skylight window at the upper level.

The facade is divided into several volumes, creating an interesting composition. The right part of the building is taller with vertical proportions and large triangular glazing on the roof, providing abundant natural light to the upper floor. The left part is more horizontal and lower-set with solid surfaces predominating over window openings.

Windows and doors are executed in a contemporary style with simple rectangular forms and minimal framing. Of particular interest is the entrance area with a small canopy and subtle architectural accent. The silvery metal roofing contrasts well with the main facade color and gives the building a modern appearance.

Such techniques as asymmetrical composition, varying roof levels, contrasting combination of solid walls and glazed surfaces can be successfully utilized when designing a modern residential house. This approach allows creating an individual building appearance while avoiding monotony and typical solutions.
