The presented building demonstrates a modern approach to wooden architecture with a distinctly modular facade. The facade consists of a combination of vertical and horizontal wooden panels in different shades and textures, creating an expressive rhythmic composition. Particularly interesting is the alternation of dense wooden slats and more open sections, which gives the facade a play of light and shadow.

The building volume features an asymmetrical composition with clear geometric forms — a taller rectangular section combined with an attached lower volume. Large panoramic windows are effectively integrated into the modular structure of the facade, providing abundant natural light to the interior spaces. The stone foundation made of blocks creates a solid base and a visual contrast with the wooden cladding.
