The presented building demonstrates a contemporary approach to residential architecture with a pronounced contrast of materials on the facade. The main finishing element is wooden cladding made of boards in various shades of brown, creating an interesting rhythmic pattern of horizontal stripes. This textural interplay adds dynamism to the entire exterior of the building.
The upper level of the house is partially clad with light-colored panels, creating a compositional contrast and visually lightening the massiveness of the structure. Large panoramic windows with thin frames provide good natural lighting for the interior spaces and emphasize the modern character of the architecture.
A distinctive feature of the project is the open terrace on the second floor with minimalist metal railings, adding functionality and creating additional outdoor space for residents. The elevated ground floor supported by pillars is an interesting structural solution that effectively utilizes the site's topography and provides additional space underneath the house.
For your own facade design, you could borrow the technique of combining wooden cladding in different shades to create horizontal lines, using contrasting materials (light and dark surfaces), as well as the principle of large glazed surfaces that provide a visual connection with the surrounding environment.
