Before us stands a striking example of contemporary residential architecture, demonstrating principles of modernism blended with industrial aesthetics. This two-story building with its clean geometric volume creates an interesting contrast with the traditional brick house visible to the left.
The façade features a thoughtful composition of diverse materials and color accents. The upper level is clad in gray metal panels with expressive vertical ribs creating a rhythmic play of light and shadow. Particularly noteworthy is the yellow frame surrounding the upper part of the façade and the second-floor balcony, which serves as a bold accent for the entire composition.
The ground floor employs a contrast of materials: panoramic glass windows alternate with warm wooden surfaces in rich orange-brown tones and matte gray panels.
