The presented country house demonstrates a harmonious combination of modern architecture with traditional elements. The facade of the building features an expressive contrast of materials – a light plastered surface and natural sandstone-golden colored stone laid in dry masonry technique, giving the structure solidity and connection to the local landscape.
The volumetric-spatial composition of the house is represented by a combination of several multi-level volumes, crowned with pitched roofs covered with characteristic terracotta tiles. A distinctive feature of the facade is the asymmetrical arrangement of window openings of various sizes with wooden frames in a warm brown shade, effectively contrasting with both the light and stone wall surfaces.
Expressive architectural details include a wooden balcony with horizontal railings, an open terrace, a stone staircase with metal railings, and delicate cornice projections. The house is organically integrated into the surrounding landscape, which is emphasized by the soft landscaping of the adjacent territory and elements of tropical vegetation, creating a dialogue between architecture and nature.
