#7756. Polygonal Concrete Facade: Geometric Expression in Contemporary Brutalism

The presented building exemplifies contemporary minimalist architecture with an expressive geometric facade made of monolithic concrete. The facade features an unusual polygonal shape with distinct edges and sharp angles, creating a dynamic silhouette. The concrete panels form a monolithic surface with a characteristic texture, where technical formwork holes are visible, giving the facade rhythm and an industrial character.

The building is distinguished by a thoughtful contrast between solid concrete surfaces and glazed areas. Large corner windows with glass inserts break the monotony of the concrete mass, providing natural lighting to the interior spaces. The lower level of the building is designed with a minimalist entrance featuring simple geometric steps that are organically integrated into the overall composition.

The facade demonstrates principles of brutalism reinterpreted in a contemporary context — honesty of material, expressiveness of structure, and absence of decorative elements. Despite the massiveness of the concrete volume, the building doesn't appear heavy due to well-considered proportions and dynamic geometry. The architectural composition is built on the interplay of volumes, light and shadow, creating a distinctive image in the urban context.
