Contrasting Façade: Black and White Geometry with Panoramic Glazing

#7636. Contrasting Façade: Black and White Geometry with Panoramic Glazing

The presented modern house is a striking example of minimalist architecture with an expressive contrasting façade. The building has a clear geometric form with two levels, where the upper floor stands out with its dark cladding and panoramic glazing. The façade represents a harmonious combination of various materials: black wooden cladding on the upper volume, light concrete and natural stone in the lower part, as well as elements of light wood creating a warm accent.

Particularly effective is the contrast between the enclosed dark volume of the upper floor and its fully glazed frontal part, which opens up the interior space and provides a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape. The lower level is designed more intimately, with a thoughtful rhythm of window openings. The architect masterfully used a combination of openness and privacy, creating a dialogue between interior and exterior.

The area around the house is organized with the same attention to detail: a spacious green lawn, an elegant stone terrace with a lounge area and hot tub, stone walls creating private zones. Particularly successful is the use of natural materials that connect modern architecture with the natural surroundings, represented by the tall trees framing the house.
