Multi-level house with contrasting facade: concrete, glass, and green roofs

#7624. Multi-level house with contrasting facade: concrete, glass, and green roofs

The presented architectural solution demonstrates an excellent example of contemporary minimalism with skillful use of different levels and textures. The building is characterized by clear geometric lines and a thoughtfully designed multi-level composition that blends organically with the landscape.

The building's facade features a restrained color palette dominated by gray concrete tones, creating an elegant and laconic image. The upper level is distinguished by a curved roof with wooden elements that add warmth to the overall austerity of the structure. Note the contrast between the curvilinear upper volume and the rectilinearity of the lower elements.

Particularly noteworthy is the semi-recessed lower level with panoramic glazing, providing visual lightness to the structure and blurring the boundary between interior and exterior spaces. The green roof above this level represents an excellent example of an ecological approach in modern architecture, continuing the landscape line and creating additional space.

The monumental concrete staircase, organically integrated into the site's topography, serves not only as a functional element but also as a visual dominant of the composition. The paving of the territory is made of cobblestones laid in a geometric pattern, which harmoniously combines with the architectural style of the building and emphasizes its modern character.
