Modern Dualistic Façade: Combination of Metal Cladding and Warm Wood

#7510. Modern Dualistic Façade: Combination of Metal Cladding and Warm Wood

Before us stands a modern two-story residential house with a minimalist design and clean geometric forms. The building's façade presents an interesting combination of materials: horizontal metal gray cladding dominates the second floor and partially the first floor, creating the effect of a textured surface reminiscent of blinds. This cladding contrasts with the warm wooden panels that frame the central entrance and certain areas of the ground floor.

The window openings are designed as large glass surfaces with wooden frames, creating a sense of openness and connection with the surrounding environment. The upper floor has a characteristic projecting volume, emphasized by a flat roof with a minimalist cornice. This solution not only gives the building a contemporary look but also creates small canopies over individual sections of the first floor.

The architectural composition of the façade is carefully thought out: metal panels with horizontal lines are balanced by vertical wooden elements and glass surfaces. The combination of cool gray finishes with the warmth of natural wood at the entrance group is particularly expressive. The landscape design around the house organically complements the architecture: low-growing plants and ornamental grasses emphasize the horizontal lines of the building, while small concrete steps lead to the entrance.
