#17131. Modern two-story house with a contrasting facade of stone and orange panels

Before us is an interesting example of a modern residential house that combines traditional and contemporary architectural elements. The facade presents an expressive composition of contrasting materials: stone and orange panels. The gray stone masonry forms the foundation and load-bearing elements of the structure, giving the building solidity, while the bright orange walls of the second floor create a dynamic accent.

The round windows (oculi) on the stone parts of the facade deserve special attention – they not only serve as a source of natural light but also become key decorative elements, softening the geometric strictness of the building. The house facade demonstrates skillful architectural detail design, where functionality harmoniously combines with aesthetics.

The second floor has a lightweight construction with an open terrace, creating an interesting silhouette and providing additional space for relaxation. The original solution with a ladder to the roof indicates the possibility of using the rooftop as a functional platform, which is characteristic of modern architecture oriented toward maximizing the use of all available spaces.

When designing your own facade, you can adopt several techniques from this project: using contrasting materials to create visual interest, applying unusual window shapes as decorative elements, and combining open and closed spaces to create a dynamic composition.
