The presented building is a striking example of modern brutalist architecture with an expressive facade design where concrete plays the main role in the aesthetic solution. The structure is characterized by a bold composition of clean geometric volumes creating a dynamic silhouette. The left part of the facade is made of textured concrete with regular perforations of square windows, creating an interesting rhythmic pattern and providing natural lighting to interior spaces while maintaining privacy.
The right part of the facade contrasts with the left through the use of light brick masonry, adding textural diversity. The central area of the building is enhanced by large glass surfaces and wooden elements that soften the brutality of concrete and bring warmth to the overall composition. Particularly noteworthy are the cantilevered projections of the upper floors, creating a sense of massive volumes floating in space – a technique requiring complex engineering solutions.
The lower level of the building houses a garage with wooden doors, while the landscape design using local plants organically integrates the structure into the surrounding environment. The combination of materials – brutal concrete, textured brick, wood, and glass – creates a rich palette of tactile and visual sensations.
Similar techniques can be adapted for a private home: facade perforation for play of light and shadow, contrasting materials for visual separation of volumes, cantilever elements to create dynamics, and integration of natural materials to soften the brutality of concrete.
