This modern residential complex represents an outstanding example of experimental architecture, where dynamic sloped volumes create a dramatic dialogue with the surrounding landscape. The facade is characterized by a contrasting combination of materials: dark metal roofing with sharp inclined planes juxtaposed against warm brickwork and vertical wooden cladding. The angled roof structures add particular expressiveness, seemingly hovering above the main volume of the building, creating an effect of lightness despite the massiveness of the constructions.
The minimalist approach to window openings emphasizes the geometric purity of lines — narrow vertical windows cut through the dark roof planes, while wider horizontal glazing connects the interior space with the external environment. The facade design demonstrates masterful handling of textures: the rough surface of the brick contrasts with the smoothness of metal panels and the warmth of the wooden decking surrounding the pool.
In this project, the architect virtuously employs techniques that can be applied in private construction: playing with inclined roof planes to create a dynamic silhouette, combining diverse materials for textural richness of the facade, and thoughtful interaction between internal and external spaces through strategically placed window openings. Particularly impressive is the integration of the pool's water surface, which becomes part of the architectural composition, reflecting the angular forms of the structure and enhancing the overall impression of the ensemble.
