Modern country house with a combined wooden and brick facade

#12690. Modern country house with a combined wooden and brick facade

The presented image showcases a modern residential house that harmoniously combines natural materials. The facade features a combination of finishes: the lower part is clad with light-colored brick, while the upper part utilizes horizontal wooden panels in a natural tone. This solution not only visually divides the building's volume but also adds architectural expressiveness.

The asymmetrical gabled roof with dark covering creates a dynamic silhouette, contrasting with the ordered rhythm of the horizontal cladding. Window openings of various configurations—both standard rectangular and narrow vertical ones—are rationally distributed across the facade, providing good natural lighting to the interior spaces.

The glazed extension on the left deserves special attention—likely a conservatory or living room with panoramic glazing, which expands the living space and creates a visual connection with the well-maintained garden area. The brick chimney is organically integrated into the overall composition and emphasizes the vertical axis of the building.

The facade design employs techniques that can be applied when designing your own home: combining different materials to create textural contrasts, using natural wood as an environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing material, clearly zoning the building volumes through different finishes, and integrating glazed spaces to enhance the connection with the surrounding landscape.

We develop projects of facdes for private houses.
