The presented building demonstrates an impressive example of modern architecture, where the brutality of concrete, the warmth of natural stone, and the laconic geometry of forms are harmoniously combined. The facade of the structure represents an interesting combination of materials: horizontal concrete slabs form a clear structure, emphasizing the floor levels and giving the building an expressive silhouette.
Particular attention is drawn to the contrasting combination of stone masonry in the lower part of the facade with vertical metal panels and large glazed surfaces. A non-standard solution is presented by the multi-colored wooden cladding of the entrance group, creating a bright accent against the background of monochrome gray surfaces. Vertical lamellae on the second-floor windows serve not only as an element of sun protection but also add rhythm and texture to the overall composition.
The architect skillfully used cantilever extensions of concrete slabs, creating a dynamic play of volumes and shadows. Panoramic windows reflecting the sky visually lighten the massiveness of the structure and provide an excellent view of the surrounding landscape and, apparently, the sea panorama.
This approach to facade design can be noted for your own home: combining different textures (stone, wood, metal, concrete) creates visual richness and multilayering; horizontal lines of concrete elements can be used to structure the facade; vertical lamellae as a functional and aesthetic element; contrasting color or material accents to highlight key areas.
