This is an impressive example of modern architecture featuring a building with a contrasting facade composed of distinct geometric volumes. The structure is built on a dynamic combination of white and black elements that create a strong visual contrast, particularly striking in the evening when interior lighting accentuates the architectural lines.

The facade demonstrates a play with cantilevered projections – the upper white volume appears to "float" above the black middle section, creating a sense of lightness despite the massive construction. The minimalist approach to surface treatment is combined with thoughtfully positioned window openings: narrow horizontal windows in the upper part, wider ones in the middle section, and a completely transparent ground floor with sliding glass panels.

Of particular note is the asymmetry of the composition and the inclined planes that break away from the traditional "box-like" form of the building.
