#11892. Contemporary facade with contrasting combination of metal, wood and stone

This contemporary structure showcases an expressive combination of industrial aesthetics and natural warmth. The building's facade is executed in a minimalist style using contrasting materials: vertical metal panels in a dark finish form the main volume, creating a strict rhythm and emphasizing the horizontal composition.

Particular attention is drawn to the cantilevered roof overhang with warm honey-toned wooden soffit, which effectively softens the strictness of the metal facade. The lower tier is clad in natural stone of a light sandy tone, visually "grounding" the structure and creating a sense of solidity. Large glass surfaces ensure maximum connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape, while also creating an interesting play of reflections.

The architect skillfully employed the technique of contrasting textures and materials: cool metal, warm wood, textured stone, and smooth glass. This approach can also be applied in private home construction: vertical metal panels create a contemporary image and are practical in use, wooden elements add warmth and comfort, while stone cladding at the base provides visual stability. The landscaping using ornamental grasses and low-growing shrubs harmoniously complements the architectural solution.
