Particular attention is drawn to the cantilevered roof overhang with warm honey-toned wooden soffit, which effectively softens the strictness of the metal facade. The lower tier is clad in natural stone of a light sandy tone, visually "grounding" the structure and creating a sense of solidity. Large glass surfaces ensure maximum connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape, while also creating an interesting play of reflections.
The architect skillfully employed the technique of contrasting textures and materials: cool metal, warm wood, textured stone, and smooth glass.
