#11742. Contemporary metal façade with vertical panels and integrated sun-shading elements

This modern residential building is a striking example of minimalist architecture with an industrial influence. The three-story structure is clad in vertical silver metal panels that create a rhythmic façade with pronounced texture. Particularly interesting is the solution of vertical metal elements that serve not only a decorative purpose but also a functional one, working as sun-shading louvers on the façade.

The building's volume is divided into several geometric blocks of varying heights, which adds dynamism to the entire composition. The upper level is crowned with a minimalist parapet, forming a terrace. Large glass surfaces contrast with the metal cladding, creating a balance between openness and privacy. The translucent façade on the right side of the building is noteworthy, where a glass volume complements the main metal structure.

The first floor is partially designed as an open space with supports, which visually lightens the massiveness of the building. A small, well-maintained garden with young plants and gravel covering around the house emphasizes the contemporary aesthetics of the project. This façade solution can be adapted for a smaller-scale private home, using vertical metal panels to create texture and rhythm, as well as to regulate natural lighting and privacy.
